The Mentor Network Committee of the Bermuda Foundation For Insurance Studies switched up its Christmas networking lunch for college students by holding a coached interactive event.

The event was held at O’Hara House on Bermudiana Road, courtesy of Axa XL, and was attended by more than 50 students and insurance professionals.

Led by Pamela Barit Nolan of Transform (Bermuda), participants were divided randomly into small groups and asked to share and discuss what they were proud of achieving in 2018 and what they wanted to achieve in 2019 and what roadblocks they might face.

This led to in-depth a discussions and a positive networking experiences.
