Bermuda-based SiriusPoint Ltd has agreed a strategic partnership and investment with European managing general agent Alta Signa Holdings, which specialises in financial and professional lines insurance.

Alta Signa, which is headquartered in Brussels with a branch network across Europe, underwrites specialty insurance lines including management liability, professional indemnity, crime and cyber, focusing on corporate and financial institution clients.

SiriusPoint has been a capacity provider since January 2022, and said “this expanded relationship sees the formation of a scalable strategic partnership”.
