Justin O’Keefe elected board chairman of RAA

Justin O’Keefe, a senior executive at RenaissanceRe, has been elected chairman of the board of directors of the Reinsurance Association of America.
Mr O’Keefe is senior vice-president and chief underwriting officer, North America and Bermuda, at RenRe, and is based on island.
Jim Williamson, executive vice-president, group chief operating officer, and head of the reinsurance division for Everest Re Group Ltd, was elected vice-chairman, and Jon Colello, CEO, P&C Americas, PartnerRe, was elected secretary-treasurer.
The RAA is the trade association of property and casualty reinsurers doing business in the United States.
