FIHL shares offered at $16

Bermudian-based Fidelis Insurance Holdings Ltd, the global specialty insurer, has announced the pricing of an underwritten secondary public offering of nine million common shares by certain of its shareholders at a price to the public of $16 per common share.

FIHL is not selling any common shares in the offering and will not receive any of the proceeds from the sale of the common shares offered by the selling shareholders.

The offering is expected to close on May 28, subject to customary closing conditions.

Shares in FIHL closed on Wednesday at $16.75 on the New York Stock Exchange.
