William Randolph is the new chief risk officer at Bermudian-based reinsurer Conduit Re.

Mr Randolph will manage Conduit Re’s enterprise risk management function. He will join the executive leadership team and report to Neil Eckert, chief executive officer.

He previously served as CRO at Relm Insurance and Validus Re, respectively.

Mr Eckert said Mr Randolph is extremely well respected in the industry, with a deep understanding of enterprise risk management strategies.

“His leadership, technical knowledge and expertise will be invaluable in enhancing our risk function, and reinforces Conduit Re’s commitment to maintaining the highest standard of governance,” the CEO said.

Mr Randolph said he was looking forward to partnering with Conduit Re’s leadership team.

“They are committed to strengthening the company’s risk and capital management framework and operations,” he said.
