Sun Life appoints Sujoy Ghosh to lead high net worth business
Sun Life Financial Inc has named Sujoy Ghosh as chief executive of its global high net worth business, which includes operations in Bermuda, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Mr Ghosh, who takes up the role on November 4, will be based in Singapore and report to Manjit Singh, president of Sun Life Asia. He will oversee the insurer’s strategy to deepen partnerships and expand capabilities across the three hubs.

Sun Life is a leading international financial services organisation providing asset management, wealth, insurance and health solutions in multiple markets. As of June 30, the company reported total assets under management of $1.54 trillion.
Mr Ghosh has more than 27 years’ experience in insurance and banking across Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He joins from Citi, where he was head of global insurance and Asia head of business development for Citi Wealth. Before that, he was regional head of bancassurance for Allianz in Asia Pacific, building commercial and strategic partnerships across life and general insurance.
