Rabbi Ben Ammi visits Bermuda
Nation of Jerusalem, will arrive in Bermuda today for a week-long tour.
Rabbi Ammi has scheduled a number of talks as well as visits with Premier the Hon. Sir John Swan, Bermuda Industrial Union president Mr. Ottiwell Simmons MP, and Prisons commissioner Mr. Edward Dyer.
On Tuesday, November 16, Rabbi Ammi will tour Casemates Prison with Opposition Leader Mr. Frederick Wade.
His talks include an Address to Saints and Families of Saints in the Land on Sunday at BIU headquarters at 7 p.m. On Wednesday he is to speak at the Hamilton Lions Club and later tour the Bermuda College campus.
A press statement from the Bermuda mission of the Hebrew-Israelite Nation said Rev. Ammi will talk of the "redemptive struggle that is being heralded and the political realities of the countries of the Earth.'' Rabbi Ammi, whose name means Son of My People, lives in Dimona, Israel.
