TV evangelist visits island
Robertson left the Island yesterday after a four-day visit.
The trip was "primarily for pleasure'', said Mr. Robertson. "I've been enjoying the beautiful weather.
"But I have a Bermuda company that is involved in some development work in Africa. I find the laws here very pleasant, and I think the quality of legal work and the integrity of the people make Bermuda a very attractive place to do business.
"I've been here several times -- it's always a delightful hideaway.'' Mr.
Robertson did not seem fazed by Saturday's power cut. "We went to have lunch in Hamilton and were given a selection of various cold salads,'' he laughed.
He said his cable TV station, the Family Channel, had many Bermudian viewers.
