Somers Day service this Sunday beginning at 11 a.m.. Deputy Governor Mr. John Kelly will be in attendance, and the sermon will be preached by Canon James Francis.

Somers Day commemorates the wreck on July 28, 1609 of the Sea Venture which was part of a relief fleet headed by Admiral Sir George Somers and bound for Jamestown, Virginia. The event led to the colonisation of Bermuda.
