The First Church of God held its first baptism of the year under sunny skies at Shelly Bay yesterday afternoon.

The Angle Street branch often holds its baptisms within the four walls of the church but decided to hold the baptism of Virginia Williams in the ocean as it coincide with the church’s summer beach picnic.

Pictured centre is Virginia Williams who was baptised accompanied by pastors and rectors of the First Church of God on Angle Street.
