Readers of The Royal Gazette have the chance to chat online with Michael Dunkley this morning, a day before voters cast their ballot in the referendum on same-sex relationships.

The Premier will be taking part in a live question-and-answer session from 10.30am on our website and is open to questions on all topics, including tomorrow’s single-issue ballot.

The aim of the online event is to give people the chance to quiz the Premier directly on issues of the day and Mr Dunkley will be answering questions for an hour.

Mr Dunkley said: “I am looking forward to interacting with the public on a variety of matters important to them during this online forum.

“Certainly Thursday’s referendum will be topical. Government certainly appreciates that the matter of same-sex relationships is a sensitive issue. We have sought to educate residents about all aspects of the issue and I expect to engage with the public on this topic.”

The Q&A will start at www.royalgazette.com at 10.30am. To take part, simply click on the advert on the front page of our website and post your question. You can also e-mail questions in advance to news@rg.bm.
