BAA put Paget to the sword

BAA made a valiant effort to overcome the goal difference deficit they faced for promotion against Flanagan’s Onions, beating Paget 18-0 at White Hill Field.

Vance Hill scored five times, while Willie Clemens added four for the visitors who also got braces from Quintonio Lema, Fabio Pacheco and London Roberts.

Solo strikes from Tre Durham-Bell, Diego McCallan, and an own goal completed the lopsided win, although it was all in vain as Onions beat Somerset Eagles 6-0.

Champions Wolves ended their campaign the same way it started with comfortable 3-0 win over Devonshire Colts.

Sergio Richardson scored twice, and was ably helped by striker Vincent Minors jr who help himself to a goal.

Fellow promoted side Flanagan’s Onions got four goals from skipper Keston Lewis to also end their campaign on a high note.

Peter Robey and Rich Cumbers completed the scoring for Onions.

Robert Somner grabbed a hat-trick as Young Men’s Social Club thrashed Hamilton Parish 9-2 at Bernard Park.

Robert Rawlins chipped in with a brace, while Jakio Bolin, Michael Smith, Lavar Bassett, and Xavier Darrell all helped in completing the rout.

Calvin Hansey and Devonne Simmons struck for Parish in the loss.

X’Roads beat Prospect United 9-0 at Garrison Field thanks to braces from Dennis Musson and Jarreau Daniels.

Khomeini Talbot, Dalonte Dunlop, Shoab Worrell, Antrell Butterfield, and Vic Ball all chipped in with solo strikes to balloon the score.
