A lane closure on Frog Lane to allow workers to replace tower lights at National Stadium will continue until next Wednesday.

While the project was expected to be completed this week, the Ministry of Public Works said in an updated public notice that the single-lane and sidewalk closure has been extended.

“The closures will continue through Wednesday, September 6, from 8am until 4pm,” the notice stated.

“Motorists are advised to use caution as they travel past the closed lane along Frog Lane, Devonshire Parish, near the National Stadium. D&J Construction representatives will manage traffic control using warning signs.

“The Ministry of Public Works encourages the full co-operation of the public and apologises for any inconvenience that may result.”
