Trenching

A section of North Shore Road near Shelly Bay will be partially closed to traffic tomorrow morning for emergency repairs to a damaged water line.

A notice from the Ministry of Public Works said the closure is scheduled to take place between 8am and noon, with the westbound lane closed to traffic to facilitate trench work required for the repairs.

A spokesman for the ministry said: “Traffic controls will be in place and managed by contractor representatives using cones and signs to ensure the safety of motorists and workers.

“The Ministry of Public Works appreciates the motoring public's understanding and co-operation.

“Please plan your travel accordingly and adhere to the traffic signs and guidance provided by the officials on site.”
