A race by the Bermuda Bicycle Association will affect traffic in Paget and Southampton next Sunday, the Ministry of Public Works and Environment said.

The Bermuda Junior Cycling Road Race will start at 8am and is expected to conclude by 11am.

The ministry said the race would begin and end on South Road near the Gulfstream restaurant in Southampton.

It will pass through parts of St Paul’s Lane, Middle Road and Lighthouse Road.

No road closures or parking restrictions are scheduled.

Motorists were urged to exercise caution and follow the directions of race officials and police officers along the route.
