Causeway traffic restrictions for essential bridge repairs

A section of the Causeway will be reduced to one lane this weekend for bridge repairs to be carried out.
The Ministry of Public Works said that steel bridges at the northern end of the Causeway required essential repair work.
One lane will be closed between 7.30am and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
Ministry staff will direct traffic using signs and motorists are urged to proceed cautiously when approaching and travelling through the affected area.
