Man arrested after two-vehicle collision in Devonshire
A man was arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired this afternoon after two cars collided in Devonshire.
A spokesman for the Bermuda Police Service said that at about 12.38pm, first responders were dispatched to the scene of a road traffic collision near the junction of Dock Hill and North Shore Road.
He said: “One driver, a 33-year-old male, was arrested on suspicion of driving while impaired.
“He sustained a leg injury and was transported by ambulance to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for further treatment of his injuries.
“The driver of the other motor car did not appear to be injured
“The roadway was partially blocked for a short period with traffic restricted to one lane while the scene was processed.”
