Drivers had to roll with the changes this week on Orange Valley Road between Middle Road and Parson's Lane in Devonshire, where works are being undertaken to accommodate water main replacement and road resurfacing.

The Ministry of Public Works and Environment has stated that a single lane closure is in effect in the area until January 19.

Drivers were urged to detour via Parson’s Lane to reach Jubilee Road.

Traffic was also affected by a single lane closure to facilitate paving works along North Shore Road west of Flatts Village, east of Flatts Bridge, near the Bermuda Aquarium, Museum and Zoo.

The ministry said the closures will run from 7am to 6pm daily.
