BFA Way to be closed for excavation

A Devonshire road will be closed to all traffic for three months starting tomorrow [FRIDAY], the Ministry of Public Works and Environment announced.

A spokesman said the closure will be in effect along BFA Way, from behind Police Headquarters in Prospect to the warehouse driveway near Schools Drive so excavations can be carried out.

No through access will be permitted from Schools Drive to CedarBridge Lane during this work, but motorists can access the areas via Frog Lane.

Work will take place between 7am and 6pm and is expected to continue until April 17.

Representatives from D&J Excavating Services will manage traffic in the area.

Questions about the work can be directed to Manny Furtado, D&J Excavating Services operations manager, on 293-2020.
