Mechanical issues force suspension of Pink Route ferry

The Pink Route ferry has been suspended beginning today, Wednesday, July 8, until further notice due to mechanical issues, the Department of Marine and Ports said.
The department apologised for the inconvenience and thanked the public for its patience and understanding.
It said updates on the resumption of service will be provided as soon as information becomes available.
The suspension marked at least the fourth suspension of the service this year due to mechanical issues.
