Lines and Gordon secure table tennis titles
Nick Lines, of Saltus Grammar School, won the under 16 division at the Bermuda School Sports Federation Senior School Table Tennis tournament.
Lines defeated schoolmate William Way in straight sets in the final. Lines reached the final by defeating Saltus’ Charlie Boyle in the semi final 11-8,9-11, 11-2. Way, a late addition to the Saltus team, defeated Jamon Lottimore from CedarBridge Academy 11-2, 11-6 in the other semi final.
In the over-16 boys’ division CedarBridge dominated with Cameron Gordon defeating Rickai Burrows in the final. CedarBridge held the top four positions as Gordon defeated Zaire Burchall in one semi final, while Burrows defeated Terrance Webb in the other.
