Q: How can I perform functions such as print, copy and paste, etc. using my keyboard instead of tool bar icons on a MAC?
A: Users are able to perform tasks without the use of tool bar icons by using keyboard commands instead. The commands are different for a Windows based systems vs a MAC OSX, but both are effective. Don’t be intimidated, master one command at a time, and before you know it, you’ll be a pro.
This week let’s explore the MAC based shortcuts and what each does.

4. Shift+Command+D=Open desktop folder
