Dear Sir,

My Mrs was just considering taking a walk when she asked “ will it rain anymore?” I answered, “let me check The Doppler Radar”,to see if any more rain was in the area.

Lo and behold the doppler was not available, due to it being out of service.

This service has been out for over a month.

We have become quite reliant on the Doppler, as it can accurately warn us of whether or not, rain is on its way.

When we go boating or I decide to do gardening or painting, it is always handy to see if rain is on its way.

Many tradesmen depend on knowing the weather when deciding and scheduling their daily work.

The radar has become an integral part of our lives, and helps us make decisions on whether or not to carry out some of our daily chores, or go on an outing.

When will we get this much appreciated service back?

Many of us have become spoiled by it, and miss it a lot!
