Encouragement. All of us as we set goals, take action, hit speed bumps and detours, are focused on using our passions to move our business and ourselves into the future. For all of our hard work we often require more than we can provide to ourselves. Everyone needs to be encouraged to keep going, to never give up, to try harder, look for new ways and to, when you hit a wall, find a way to go over, under, through, or around that obstacle. The help comes in the form of encouragement from either a friend, a coach, a mentor and or a co-worker or a more senior person who shows that they care about you and want you to succeed and be part of the winning team. Even more important is to be acknowledged. So seek encouragement and positive reinforcement so you continue to succeed.
