Dear Sir,

I was shocked when I read that the Reverend Nicholas Tweed, the pastor of St Paul AME Church, would not have his work permit renewed.

Mr Tweed is loved by his congregation and many people in Bermuda, and should be given the opportunity to continue to serve the people and to preach the word of God.

I hope that, for the people of Bermuda, the decision is reversed and everyone works together to build the country and make it a better place.

It starts with the renewal of his contract.
