Treasurer Craig Outerbridge was appointed treasurer and Scarlett Pottinger is the new secretary.

The officers and directors were installed at a banquet which celebrated the club’s 30th anniversary. Daniel Bennett, the New England and Bermuda District governor of Kiwanis, was the special guest at the anniversary event.

Kiwanians of the year were long-serving members Evadne Caesar, Fanny Churm, Harold Millett, and Lily Oatley.

Further awards were given to Buddy Fleming for organising the Barbuda hurricane relief effort, David and Altama Burgess for spearheading the “Jazz Under the Stars” event at Fort St Catherine and Mr Lowe for heading the “Hero of the Year” project.
