Woman arrested after car overturns

A 36-year-old woman was arrested last night on suspicion of drink-driving after a crash in Hamilton Parish.

Her car hit a wall on North Shore Road, Hamilton Parish, and overturned.

The crash happened near Cottage Hill Road, at about 8pm.

The driver and her passenger, a 41-year-old Canadian man, suffered minor injuries.

The damaged car was towed away by about 9.35pm. Police have appealed for witnesses.
