Planning a career from high school is seldom easy. With that in mind, The Royal Gazette joined a host of other businesses yesterday at CedarBridge Academy to help out.

The school’s vocational career fair yesterday, “Endless Possibilities — Building Community Partnerships”, delivered live demonstrations of various work roles plus job information for students, who got to ask about the ups and downs of the reporter’s life.

MarketPlace, the Bermuda Post Office, Smiles dentistry, the Bermuda Police Service and the Department of Works and Engineering were among the many offering a glimpse into their workplaces. Along with providing students with fodder for their futures, the fair gave chances to ask questions and hear of internships, mentors and work experiences.
