Record shows arrogant OBA has been caught asleep at the wheel

Michael Dunkley

Dear Sir,

After four years in power, I must address this letter to the Premier, Michael Dunkley, and his party, the One Bermuda Alliance.

Where are the following?

1, The new jobs

2, Freeze on work permits

3, New 300-room hotels being constructed

4, Bermuda International Lottery — 10 per cent to the Government

5, All civil servants making $100,000-plus taking a 20 per cent cut in pay

6, Balanced Budget amendment

7, Mr Premier, four trips to London in six weeks with the cabinet secretary and finance minister on borrowed money

8, Mr Premier, massive salary when you are a millionaire and don’t need the money

9, College Weeks

10, Regular cruise ships in Hamilton

11, Derelict buildings in Dockyard with the America’s Cup coming. Ray Charlton/Andrew Dias read Art of the Deal, by Donald Trump

12, Bar/restaurants at Warwick Long Bay, Church Bay, Shelly Bay, Tobacco Bay

Got my point.

OBA: asleep at the wheel, big salaries, a lot of travel, no production.

OBA: Ousted by arrogance at the next election. PLP 21 seats OBA 15 seats

OBA loses Devonshire West, St George’s West, St George’s East, Warwick North Central.
