The Cedar Hill bus service Route 8C resumed normal service today, according to the Department of Public Transportation.

Meanwhile, work continues on restoring Route 1 from Hamilton to St George’s via Tucker’s Town.

A spokesman said a decision was taken on Friday to suspend the bus service on the two routes because of complications in the aftermath of Hurricane Nicole.

All other bus services returned to normal on Saturday and a decision will be made later today on restoring Route 1, he added.
