Sort out the Modern Mart ATM, Butterfield

Dear Sir,
This is an open letter to ask Butterfield Bank to communicate its plans and/or revamp the Modern Mart ATM machine.
Today the screen was black with no information on it.
Problems in the past have included no deposit envelopes, giving a receipt but not dispensing cash, failure to provide mini-statements and failure to work during hours when people are on their way to work.
This is quite a busy neighbourhood, with Bermuda College close by.
I chose not to call the Call Centre and give all my security details to report this.
I look forward to better service from Bermuda’s first Bank.
