Breaking News: 34-year-old man shot dead

A 34-year-old man was this morning shot dead outside a restaurant in Sandys.Police were called to reports of gunshots fired at Woody's Restaurant, on Malabar Road, at 12.35 a.m..A Police spokesman said: "Upon Police arrival, it was ascertained that a 34-year-old Sandys man was outside Woody's when he was shot. As a result he was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. No further information will be given until next of kin have been informed."
