Telecoms firm KeyTech was up nine cents (3.24 per cent) at $2.85 after 9,100 shares moved.

And insurance firm Argus gained 19 cents (5 per cent) after 500 shares moved, ending the day at $3.99.

The Royal Gazette/BSX closed at 1,198.99, up 5.01 points (0.42 per cent).

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 6.40 points (0.4 per cent) at 1,593.10.
