Hundreds remember community champion

Hundreds gathered at St John’s Anglican Church yesterday to remember the life and work of Michael King.
The highly respected businessman and community champion passed away last week at the age of 72.
Yesterday more than 300 friends, family and work colleagues packed out the Pembroke church to bid a final farewell to Mr King.
The service was also attended by former Premier Sir John Swan, Governor George Fergusson and a host of other dignitaries.
