Star-studded opening night for Festival
The 11th Annual Bermuda Music Festival kicks off tonight at the Fairmont Southampton.
This evening?s offerings will include Steve Harvey?s Morning Show First Anniversary Beach Party, Harold Melvin?s Blue Notes, The Trammps featuring Earl Young, Prestege and the Warwick Gombeys.
Doors for tonight?s performance open at 6 p.m. with the show starting at 7 p.m. Organisers are estimating tonight?s entertainment will finish at 11 p.m.
Tickets are $50 for general admission.
Festival shows on Thursday though Saturday will take place at the Royal Naval Dockyard and all will be hosted by comedian Mr. Harvey.
The show will feature Gladys Knight, The Original Manhattans featuring Gerald Alston and Blue Lovett, Steve Darrell and Wanda Ray Willis, the African Dance Productions, Robert Symons, steel pan soloist and the Warwick Gombeys.
Friday night will again see Steve Harvey hosting with Charlie Wilson, India.Arie, Anthony Hamilton, The HomeGrown Band, Robert Symons and the Warwick Gombeys set to perform.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and showtime is at 7.30 p.m.
On the final night of the Bermuda Music Festival, one can see Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, Teena Marie, Ras Mykkal and Jahstice, Pulse, along with Robert Symons and the Warwick Gombeys. Tickets are $60 for general admission, $85 for reserved seating, while premium reserved seating is $100.
A four day Reserved Pass, tickets are $200 for General Admission, $270 for Reserved seating and $310 for Premium reserved seating.
