BSX dips as Watlington trades

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange index dipped by 0.07 percent yesterday after the little traded stock Watlington Waterworks lost 27.3 percent of its value.
The water company, which supplies piped water to parts of the Island, lost $1.50 to close at $5.00. The only other shares to trade, Bank of Butterfield and Argus Insurance, closed at the same price - $34.50 and $20.00 respectively.
The index closed down 1.76 points at 2,468.29 on a volume of 5,857 shares worth $175,840.
