The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange yesterday moved up 2.16 points to close at 2,614.19.

The exchange saw no movement in stock prices from the financial sector although the Bank of Bermuda traded 761 shares.

In the insurance sector, there was also no change in share pricing but BF&M saw the highest volume of trading as 18,300 shares traded.

Both Bermuda Aviation Services (BAS) and Bermuda Container Line (BCL) Ltd. saw their share values jump 50 cents. BAS traded 500 shares, and closed at $7.50 while BCL saw 100 shares trade hands and its share price finished at $6.
