People, process and technology was the theme of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) consultants MCS who made a presentation on Siebel Systems at the National Tourism Conference at the Fairmont Southampton Princess Hotel yesterday.

MCS are partnered with Microsoft Great Plains who are partnered with Siebel Systems and MCS president Robert Burns was joined by Microsoft CRM guest speaker Kim Dienstmann whose presentation aimed to show the tourism industry how current CRM technology can help it to attract and retain valued customers. Mr. Burns said yesterday that MCS intended to align the CRM software from Siebel Systems with human resources managers.

MCS began offering its CRM services with Siebel Front Office about a year ago and have since successfully implemented the software for several clients. CRM consultant Christine Zhou said: "It is our vision to see our clients operating on integrated platforms where information becomes transparent within the organisation."
