The investigation into the fire at the Primavera Restaurant on Pitts Bay Road is still ongoing.

A fire broke out in the early evening of January 2, the restaurant was closed for the New Year?s holiday. Yesterday Primavera owner, Odilio Angeli, said he was still accessing the damage from the fire and that the restaurant remained closed.

He hopes to have it cleaned up and ready for action by the end of January.

Last week Lt. Dana Lovell said an investigation into a fire can take a month or longer if there are no witnesses.
