Police heard Steven Whitecross, of Mill Shares Road, Pembroke, because of the noise his 50cc bike was making.

Prosecuting at Magistrates' Court Sgt. Rex Osborne said it was found that the cylinder in the engine had been bored and was in fact 58cc. The bike was also found to be unsafe.

Whitecross admitted driving while disqualified because of age, no insurance, failing to maintain a cycle in safe condition, no mudguards, having an unlicensed cycle, fraudulent use of licence plates, defective silencer and speeding at 55 mph.
