A 41-year-old Sandys woman heading west in a Hyundai Charade pulled over when she heard the cycles approaching and as the man rounded a bend, his cycle collided with it, throwing him to the road.

He was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital after a large crowd which had gathered at the scene was dispersed by Police officers. Witnesses to the accident are asked to call P.c. Raphael Maxwell at 234-1010.

Mr. Vaughan-Johnson's wife Susan died last Wednesday at Harefield Hospital, Middlesex.

The funeral service for Mrs. Vaughan-Johnson, mother of Simon, John and Jill, will be held in England.

Mr. Vaughan-Johnson, president of the Bank of Bermuda, and his family have requested that instead of flowers, donations be sent to Harefield Hospital, c/o Dr. Charles Ilsey, Harefield, Middlesex, England, UB9 6JH.

MAN STABBED CRM Man stabbed A Devonshire man was rushed to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital on Saturday afternoon after he was stabbed in the chest.

The 29-year-old man told Police that he was on Roberts Avenue in Devonshire when he got in an argument with another man and he was stabbed.
