Max Re Capital Ltd. yesterday announced that chairman and chief executive officer Robert J. Cooney will be speaking at the European Insurance Forum 2003 being hosted at the Jury Ballsbridge Hotel, Dublin.

Mr. Cooney is scheduled to participate in a panel discussion on March 18, 2003 at 12.30 p.m. Bermuda time.

The topic will be "New Capital in Europe", and will specifically address the question: "What is the European strategy for the new capacity flowing into the international arena?"
