A 48-year-old man who died Monday after an accident at a construction site was today named by Police.

Malaysian contract worker Toh Seng died after falling approximately 15 feet from a ladder at an Appleby Lane, Paget property.

According to Police he sustained serious chest and head injuries in the fall, which happened around 12.50 p.m.

Mr. Seng was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A Police investigation into the circumstances of the accident is now underway.

The Bermuda Police Service today extended its condolences to Mr. Seng's family and friends.
