A Sandys man was yesterday charged with conspiracy to import ecstasy, cocaine and cannabis.

Derek Burchall was accused of conspiracy to import the drugs with Ivan Albouy and others, between a date unknown and July 26, 2007.

The 43-year-old did not enter a plea at Magistrates' Court and the case was adjourned until February 17.

Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted Burchall bail at $10,000, on condition he surrender his travel documents and report to Police three times a week.
