A 25-year-old Pembroke man remains listed in serious condition in the hospital’s Intensive Care Unit, following a road traffic accident on Tuesday night.Police and first responders were called to the scene of a serious collision on Harbour Road in Paget, near the junction with Salt Kettle Road around 11.45pm.A Police spokesman said details remain sketchy on how the collision occurred.“However, initial information suggests that two motorcycles were being ridden along Harbour Road when they collided,” he said.“The riders, a 25-year-old Pembroke man and a 21-year-old Southampton woman respectively, were injured and taken to King Edward VII Memorial via ambulance for treatment.”The woman was subsequently released after treatment in the Emergency Ward.The other rider remains in ICU listed in serious condition, a hospital spokeswoman said last night.No other injuries were reported, however both motorcycles were damaged as a result of the collision.
