A Police spokesman said Ms Outerbridge, 13, was located on Dundonald Street and was returned to her home.

She was reported missing on Friday, but had been absent from her Broken Hill Lane, Smith's Parish home since December 18.

ALLEGED BANK ROBBERTS UP FOR MENTION CTS Alleged bank robbers up for mention Two men accused of a $70,000 armed robbery of a bank appeared before Chief Justice Austin Ward on Friday during the Supreme Court's monthly arraignment session. Randolph G. Lightbourne, 31, and Reid H. Jones, 24, stood before the Chief Justice for mention.

Jones, of Manchester Street, Sandys Parish, is set to return to court on February 2 while Lightbourne, of Devon Springs, Devonshire, is scheduled to return on March 2.

The two men are charged with the armed robbery of the Somerset branch of the Bank of Butterfield on July 8 last year.

MURDER ACCUSED AWAITS HEARING CTS Murder accused awaits hearing A Sandys Parish man accused of murdering a five-month-old baby boy appeared in Magistrates' Court for mention last week.

Jermaine Noel Pearman, 26, of Bob's Valley, was charged on August 29 with murdering Saed Rami Nadir Young, who succumbed to his injuries later that same day.

Baby Saed died at King Edward VII Memorial Hospital shortly after 5 p.m. -- three days after he had been admitted.

Saed, who spent a short period of time life support, suffered brutal injuries, including a fractured skull and collar bone.

Pearman will next appear for mention in Plea Court on January 16. He is awaiting a long-form preliminary inquiry and will be tried in the Supreme Court before a judge and jury.

POLICE DEPARTMENTS ON THE MOVE POL Police departments on the move The Narcotics department and the Community Relations Department of the Bermuda Police Service will be moving to new offices.

A Police spokesperson said the Narcotics department will move to the McBeath Block at Police Headquarters in Prospect, where it is hoped that with the recent passage of the Proceeds of Crime Bill, the officers will have more space to carry out their extra duties.

The Community Relations Department will be temporarily moved to office space on Chancery Lane in Hamilton.
