Belco leads BSXadvance

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index gained 19.85 points yesterday to close at 4,406.36.On a light day of trading on the Exchange, Belco led the advancers, gaining $1 to close at $39 as investors traded in 1,920 shares.Argus rose 25 cents to close at $14.25 on volume of 100 shares and KeyTech gained 20 cents to close at $12.70 as 7,720 shares changed hands.

The only decline saw Bermuda Commercial Bank lose 25 cents to close at $7.75 as 7,000 shares changed hands.
While no other issues changed Butterfield Bank traded in 6,415 shares to close unchanged at $56.50.
The total value of the shares bought and sold on the BSX yesterday was 543, 843.00 and the overall volume of shares was 23,155.
