Five sailors will represent Bermuda at the Worlds, but Kirkland, 15, "ages out'' of the class next year.
Further qualification races are scheduled in December, February and April in the Great Sound with organisers again hoping for high winds to simulate the normal conditions off Martinique.
Ben Wicks, 13, AJ Black, 14, Jesse Kirkland, 10, and Husayn Brown, 11 rounded out the top five.
