A 37-year-old Sandys man has been charged in connection with an alleged kidnapping and wounding of a man earlier this month.

Macray Bulford, 37, of Beacon Hill Lane, appeared in Magistrates' Court on Wednesday for unlawfully wounding Dwayne Reid Anderson on January 2. He is charged along with Kenith Bulford, 35, and Ashley Wellman, 30, who were charged on Monday.

Macray Bulford was also charged with conspiring to use a firearm in order to deprive Mr. Anderson of his liberty and of unlawfully containing or detaining the man against his will.

Bulford was not required to enter a plea as the offences are indictable and must be heard in the Supreme Court. He will appear back in Magistrates' Court on January 25 for mention and was remanded in Police custody.
