Rum XXI -- a 15-foot white Yankee Dory with a 25hp Mercury outboard -- was last seen at its berth in Riddell's Bay at the start of December.

A Police spokesman said it was not clear if the boat had broken its moorings or been stolen. But he added the owners had searched the surrounding area thoroughly without success. Anyone with information on the boat, which also carries the registration number 9096, should contact Marine Police on 299-4586.
